- 69 years, 58 as a conservative, listened to The Manion Forum in the early 50's and formed my political views then. Voted for Goldwater in '64 and went to a rally at Veteran's Memorial Auditorium in Columbus, Ohio. There were about 15 people there. I have been pining for some true conservatives to run and now maybe we have some. Sure hope so. Truck owner/operator currently on cancer leave.
